プライバシーポリシー
Studio Z2C（以下「当方」）はiOSアプリ「Body Cheer」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者情報の取り扱いについて以下のとおりプライバシーポリシーを定めます。
1. 基本方針
本アプリは体重・体脂肪率・血圧・食事量・運動量・月経・アイコン・一日の感想などを記録して自身の変化を振り返るためのアプリです。
利用者の情報を広告・追跡・第三者への販売・データブローカーへの提供に利用しません。
2. 本アプリで取り扱う情報
本アプリでは利用者の操作に応じて以下の情報を取り扱う場合があります。
- 体重・体脂肪率・血圧
- 食事量・運動量・月経の記録
- 利用者が選択したアイコン・一日の感想・コメント
- 目標や利用目的
- 性別や年代など任意で入力したプロフィール情報
- Advisor・表示・通知・言語・単位などの設定情報
- アプリの動作に必要な識別情報や同期状態
性別や年代などの回答は任意です。
3. 情報の保存場所
本アプリ内で作成した記録は原則として利用者の端末内に保存されます。iCloud共有を有効にした場合は選択された記録がAppleのiCloudおよびCloudKitを通じて保存・共有されます。
当方が独自に運営するサーバーへ健康記録を送信することはありません。
4. Appleヘルスケア
本アプリは利用者の許可を得た場合に限りAppleヘルスケアのデータへアクセスします。
体重・体脂肪率・血圧などの読み取り・本アプリで登録した測定値の保存・記録と期間ごとの変化の表示に利用します。連携は任意であり許可しなくても手動記録を利用できます。
Appleヘルスケアから取得した情報を広告・マーケティング・利用者の追跡・第三者への販売には使用しません。他のアプリや機器が登録したデータを本アプリが推測によって変更または削除することもありません。
アクセス許可はiPhoneの設定またはヘルスケアアプリから変更できます。
5. iCloudおよび共有機能
共有機能はAppleが提供するiCloudおよびCloudKitを使用します。利用者は共有相手と共有項目を選択できます。
- 体重・体脂肪率・血圧
- 月経・アイコン・一日の感想
- 食事量・運動量
共有された情報は利用者が招待した相手の端末から閲覧できます。共有相手による情報の取り扱いは利用者と共有相手の責任で管理してください。共有は本アプリまたはAppleの共有管理画面から停止できます。
iCloudおよびCloudKitに保存される情報にはAppleのプライバシーポリシーと利用条件が適用されます。
6. アカウントと認証
本アプリ専用のアカウント登録やサインインは必要ありません。iCloud共有を利用する場合は端末でApple Accountへサインインする必要があります。本アプリがApple Accountのパスワードを取得または保存することはありません。
Face IDによる認証はiOSの機能を使用して端末上で行われます。本アプリが顔認証データを取得または保存することはありません。
7. トラッキング・広告・分析
本アプリは利用者を追跡せず広告識別子を利用した行動追跡も行いません。
第三者広告SDK・第三者トラッキングSDK・外部アクセス解析SDK・健康情報を利用する広告機能は導入していません。
8. 第三者サービス
機能提供のためAppleヘルスケア・iCloud・CloudKit・通知・Face IDを利用する場合があります。これらのサービスにはAppleのプライバシーポリシーおよび利用条件が適用されます。
9. 情報の削除
本アプリの履歴画面や設定画面から保存した記録を編集または削除できます。
「Body Cheer内のデータだけを削除する」機能を使用してもAppleヘルスケアに保存されたデータは削除されません。Appleヘルスケアの情報はヘルスケアアプリから確認・管理できます。
iCloud共有は本アプリまたはAppleの共有管理画面から解除できます。アプリを削除してもAppleヘルスケアまたはiCloudに保存された情報が自動的にすべて削除されるとは限りません。
10. 情報の安全管理
取り扱う情報の性質を考慮して不正アクセス・漏えい・紛失・改ざんなどを防ぐため合理的な安全管理に努めます。ただし利用者自身による端末・Apple Account・共有相手・バックアップの管理状況によっては完全な安全性を保証できない場合があります。
11. 子どもの利用
本アプリは原則として18歳以上の利用者を対象としています。18歳未満の方が利用する場合は保護者または法定代理人の同意と適切な監督のもとで利用してください。
12. 医療に関する注意事項
本アプリは健康に関する記録と振り返りを支援するものであり医療機器ではありません。本アプリが表示するメッセージ・グラフ・傾向・Advisorの内容は医療上の診断・治療・予防・医学的助言を目的とするものではありません。
体調に不安がある場合や緊急性がある場合は本アプリの表示にかかわらず医療機関または適切な専門家へ相談してください。
13. プライバシーポリシーの変更
法令・サービス内容・本アプリの機能変更に応じて本ポリシーを変更する場合があります。重要な変更は本Webサイトまたは本アプリ内でお知らせします。変更後の内容は本ページに掲載した時点から適用されます。

Contactフォームではお名前・メールアドレス・選択したアプリ・お問い合わせ種類・詳細を取り扱います。メールアドレスの確認とお問い合わせ対応にのみ使用します。
Studio Z2C (“we,” “us,” or “our”) establishes this Privacy Policy for the handling of user information in the iOS app Body Cheer (“the App”).
1. Our approach
Body Cheer helps users record weight, body fat percentage, blood pressure, meal amount, exercise amount, menstrual records, icons, and daily notes, and review their own changes over time.
We do not use user information for advertising or tracking, sell it to third parties, or provide it to data brokers.
2. Information handled by the App
Depending on the features you use, the App may handle:
- Weight, body fat percentage, and blood pressure
- Meal amount, exercise amount, and menstrual records
- Selected icons, daily notes, and comments
- Goals and intended use
- Optional profile details such as gender and age range
- Advisor, display, notification, language, and unit settings
- Identifiers and sync status required for the App to function
Profile questions such as gender and age range are optional.
3. Where information is stored
Records created in the App are generally stored on your device. If you enable iCloud sharing, the records you select are stored and shared through Apple’s iCloud and CloudKit services.
We do not send health records to servers independently operated by Studio Z2C.
4. Apple Health
The App accesses Apple Health data only with your permission. Access may be used to read weight, body fat percentage, and blood pressure; save measurements entered in the App; and show records and changes over time.
Apple Health integration is optional. Manual recording remains available without it. Apple Health information is never used for advertising, marketing, tracking, or sale to third parties. The App does not infer that it should alter or delete data entered by other apps or devices.
You can change Apple Health permissions in iPhone Settings or the Health app.
5. iCloud and sharing
Optional sharing uses Apple’s iCloud and CloudKit services. You choose the people and categories you want to share, including weight, body fat percentage, blood pressure, menstrual records, icons, daily notes, meal amount, and exercise amount.
Shared information becomes available on invited recipients’ devices. You and each recipient are responsible for handling information after it is shared. Sharing can be stopped in the App or through Apple’s sharing controls. Apple’s terms and privacy policy apply to information stored in iCloud and CloudKit.
6. Accounts and authentication
No Body Cheer account is required. iCloud sharing requires your device to be signed in to an Apple Account. The App does not obtain or store your Apple Account password.
Face ID authentication is performed on your device by iOS. The App does not obtain or store facial recognition data.
7. Tracking, advertising, and analytics
The App does not track users or use advertising identifiers for behavioral tracking. It does not include third-party advertising SDKs, third-party tracking SDKs, external analytics SDKs, or advertising features that use health information.
8. Apple services
The App may use Apple Health, iCloud, CloudKit, notifications, and Face ID. Apple’s terms and privacy policy apply to these services.
9. Deleting information
You can edit or delete records stored in the App from History or Settings. Using the option to delete only Body Cheer data does not delete data stored in Apple Health. Apple Health data can be reviewed and managed in the Health app.
You can stop iCloud sharing in the App or through Apple’s sharing controls. Deleting the App may not automatically delete all information stored in Apple Health or iCloud.
10. Security
We take reasonable measures designed to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, loss, or alteration of information, considering the nature of the data involved. Complete security cannot be guaranteed and also depends on how users manage their devices, Apple Accounts, sharing recipients, and backups.
11. Children
The App is generally intended for users aged 18 or older. Anyone under 18 should use it only with the consent and appropriate supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
12. Medical disclaimer
Body Cheer supports personal health record keeping and review. It is not a medical device. Messages, charts, trends, and Advisor content are not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent, or provide medical advice.
If you have health concerns or an emergency, contact a healthcare provider or appropriate professional regardless of information shown by the App.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when laws, services, or App features change. Important changes will be announced on this website or in the App. An updated policy takes effect when posted on this page.
